Lemonade yummy and sweet
The thing that you will need:
STEPS:
First grate the zest of 6 lemons set this aside. Then juice the lemons, put the juice in a jug with the citric acid. In the pot put the water, sugar and lemon zest, bring to the boil for 15 mins. Let cool, then add it to the juice mixture in the jug. Put it in the frige for about 1 hour or until it is cool. When you go to have a drink of it only put a little bit of the mixture in a glass because it is very strong and make sure you add lots of water. My sister Lauren and the rest of my family loved it

On Sunday the 14th of June me and my family went up to Bell Block for ......Walking through the gate with butterfly's in my stomach. Worried about what might happen but excited at the same time. Looking around all that I could see was stacks of tyres and concert. Waiting for my turn with my family. My turn yes ……As I slip on my helmet my joy was building up inside me. I was like a jack-in-the-box waiting to jump out of my box. Tick tick waiting.’’ Now” he said.’’These are the rules no contact please and no bumping into each other’’. ‘’Ok”.”Ok”.” Now hop into your cars”. As he pulled rope to start the cars. My joy was even bigger. “ Ready you can go and you and finally you”. Brrrrrrmmm “ yay this awesome”. ‘’I’m right behind you Macllum”. “ Here I come ………at the end i did 30 laps and I did best lap in 24 seconds. it was fun going go karting.

The fright
Creak ,creak ,rustle, rustle ,stomp, stomp walking "hello" I said Charlotte. Wwwww where are you. I felt like my heart was about to jump out of my chest.
Wait I could hear something it sounded like music. What was music doing playing at 7pm at night. I slowly creep towards it. It must be Charlotte's dad. I got closer and closer. I got to the bush but where was the music. I searched hi and low. But where was it. Me Charlotte, Nicole and Caitlin looked and looked but we still could not find it. But when Charlotte put her hand in the bush she found her dads phone. What was it doing there but wait ....
Roarrrrrrrrrrrr ahhhhhhhhhhhhh it was Charlotte's dad he had jumped out of the bush behind us and scared us.
I was so horrified. What a fright. I had fun playing spot light.

Cooking muffins in a box
To do this you will need the following equipment:
- a cardboard box
- tinfoil
- a foil dish with charcoal (or instant charcoal BBQ)
- matches
- 4x empty tin cans (same size)
- muffin tray
- muffin mix
1. Cut the flaps off the cardboard box. The bottom of the box will be the top of the oven. Cover the inside of the box completely with tinfoil, placing the shiny side out.
2. Fill a tinfoil dish with charcoal briquettes ( or use an ''instant'' charcoal BBQ). Use some empty cans to hold with the muffins well above the charcoal. Put these around the outside of the tinfoil dish.
3 Light the charcoal and let it get nice and hot place your dish with the muffins on top of the cans once it has burnt down to the hot embers.
4 Put the cardboard box ''oven'' over the top to keep the heat in just like an oven. Prop up one end of the box with a stone to provide the air charcoal needs to burn-or cut air vents along lower edge of the oven.
The muffins didn't take much longer than a normal oven to cook and were very yummy to eat!

Making Scones
Preheat oven to 190C
Ingredients:
350g self-raising flour
1 1/2 tea spoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 table spoons icing sugar
Sift all dry ingredients in large bowl twice,
in another bowl mix together
150mls milk
150mls cream
45g melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Make a well in the dry ingredients
and pour the wet mixture in the hole.
Mix together using 2 butter knifes and be careful that you don't over mix it. Put it on a floured surface and gently press with your hands, grab a 5cm cutter and cut 12 scones. Place on oven tray lined with baking paper and in the oven it goes for 10-15 minutes till lightly golden.
My favourite is to eat them with strawberry jam and butter - enjoy!
