Hi my name is Ebony and on Thursday night me and my Nana did some cooking we made fudge and rice bubble cupcakes it was really fun making them it and easy to.  

Taranaki vs Waikato

 On Friday the 18th of September Waikato played Taranaki in a game of rugby. Taranaki won 41 to 0 I loved watching it with my Dad it was realLy exciting game. My Dad yelled a lot at the TV when they were playing.

Cross country day

This is me on Friday the 11th of September I was doing cross country at my school Auroa School. I came 4th. I had to do 1 lap of a paddock and 2 laps of our sports field. It was a very long run but liked it.                                       

It was really fun day at the end

I had a sausage and a drink.

My Dad cooked the sausages.

this is my imovie about my farm and all of my animals that live there and i love going down thew farm with my dad to help get the cows and calfs in. I also like feeding the calfs and getting the cows in to the milking shed.

Chocolate chip biscuits

On Sunday i made chocolate chip biscuits at home and this is my recipe

you will need:

125 grams of sofened butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup caster sugar
 1 egg
 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups of self raising flour
and chocolate chips

1 preheat the over to 180c
2 cream butter and sugars until nice and fluffy
3 whisk in vanilla essence and egg
4 stir in flour and then fold in the chocolate chips
5 spoon your mixture onto the baking tray with baking paper on and then put in the over for around 10-15 minutes

Kevin the minion

Hi I am Ebony and I am going to be writing a biography about a charter and i chose kevin the minion off the movie despicable me 1 and 2.

He has brown eyes, no nose, black gloves and boots, a little bit of hair popping of his head, goggles and a little smile. He looks like a yellow jelly bean with blue aurulles.

He wants to find a new leader of evil to help and to lead him and his friends. He likes to play golf inside gru's house. His friends are Bob, Stuart, Carl, Phil, Jerry, Tom, Tim, Dave and lots more of minion friends that i can not even remember.

And that's is my biography about Kevin.

Cookie monster cupcake

On Sunday me and my sister Lauren and my two brothers  Mcallum and Lochie wanted to have a tea party. We through about what food we wanted we wanted ......

Cupcakes and fruit kebabs and club sandwich. Me Mum and Lauren and Mcallum we made all the food but i made the cupcakes and this is the recipe....

The things that you will need:

125 grams of unsalted butter softened
1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of normal flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder if you want it to be chocolate




Cream butter vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift flour and baking powder if you want chocolate cupcakes you need to take to tablespoons of flour out and replace it with 2 table spoons of cocoa powder and sift it in. Fold into creamed mixture . Then stir in milk. Place 12 paper cases into to a cupcake tin. Spoon into the cupcake tins. Bake at 190'c for 15 minutes until lightly browned. and then do a decorations.
