This is the recipe for the cupcakes:
Ingredients:
110 grams of butter
3/4 white sugar
3/4 self-rasing flour
1/4 cocoa powder
1 pinch of baking powder
2 eggs
Method :
Turn the oven onto 190c get the tin ready with the cupcake wrapers in them.
Them melt the butter and add all the ingredients and mix together until smooth
Bake for 15 minutes
Ingredients for the ganache
2/3 of cream
350 grams of dark chocolate
55 grams of butter
Boli the cream in a pot and add to the chocolate leave it for 5 minutes and then mix until combie and add butter and then mix again
let it cool and then put it onto the cupcakes
